I've been sick with the flu these last few days, and I haven't been making very much milk. I was so discouraged and thought that I would have to start formula feeding. thankfully it's started picking up but it's still not where it's been before. Any advice on how to get production up?

So about 3 weeks ago I had a miscarriage... I haven't posted about it as it's been a crappy few weeks and been getting my head around it all.. well today I've been having clear mucus when I wipe (tmi sorry). It's been happening the past few days, I've been tired, appetite has been up and down, bloated etc.. I know the right thing to do is take a test but how long after a miscarriage is it possible to be pregnant? I'm not sure whether it's just ovulation that could be happening.. I'm so confused😩

Still wiping up blood every time I pee.. It's been 7 hours.. Anyone else have this issue after an exam? I've never bled after an exam. First it started as bright red blood and then it started getting darker with little chunks in it. This time I wiped up a few clots of blood..
Detangling Today's hair washing day, which means I have to detangle my ratted up hair. I don't even know where to start at this point. My knots are so close to the scalp since it's been in a bun for a few days. It's going to be a bad one. ? Fack.
