at work n feeling flu like. ...fever, aching, so super tired, can't eat and mild BH (I THINK/HOPE?) Should I leave and hit up the ER?

Yes. The worst they will do is send you home :) I was feeling the same way on Friday & I ended up being super dehydrated. Better safe than sorry, is the way I look at it 😊
