my doctors told me on Thursday that I've gained to much weight 16lbs. I'm 27 weeks on tuesday.. and then they told me my uterus is grown larger making me 2 weeks ahead they said they'll keep their eye on it for the next couple appointments to see if it's the baby measuring big or that they need to change my due date, anyone else have this happen and how did it turn out?

yep! same here. my dr has been monitoring my weight and baby growth. My Dr has me restricting my carb intake to try to slow down the baby's growth. Everything else has been fine. I went on Thursday and he is still measuring 2 weeks ahead even tho I didn't gain between my last appt and this.

@dropdeadmeg, they didn't tell me to change anything in my diet but I think being already more then halfway through 16 pounds isent bad I feel like it's a decent number. but the size of my uterus measuring larger I just hope that means she'll be here sooner then we thought 😍😍@dropdeadmeg

@analisa_ag, my dr won't say for sure but she said that mine could come sooner because of how big he is measuring. but she won't know until we get closer to my due date.

Your so lucky Em 34 weeks and measuring 4weeks a head they keeping der eye on me but won't change my due date

how is 16 lbs too much when it's normal to gain 20 or 30 ? I've gained the same as you and I'm also smaller like u seem to be soo why is it a bad thing ?

I'm 5'9 and have a long torso and it wasent till now that my belly has even started to round out so I don't see why either I just sorta brushed it off,but I do want to know if the baby is ahead link they think @andreaooragnak
