Wow I haven't heard of that before. I think if you call the cops,he will be arrested and it won't be an issue of kicking him out. If the cops are watching your house, I would be concerned with them raiding or something, and then you and your bf might be involved.

That's a nice law honestly but has to have some exceptions, such as he is a drug dealer or smokes near you. I'm sure you can do something!

I wouldn't call the cops you can't always trust the justice system and there's a chance your man could end up getting blamed to if its just the two of them living there

I also wouldn't move in if you know the cops are watching the house cause if there's a drug bust on the house they're going to take your baby it doesn't matter that he's the one dealing they look at it as your a bad mom for having your kid in the house. I have experience with this
