Question: How old was your child when you pierced their ears? Why did you choose that age?

you want to get it done while they are young so they won't mess with them

My parents did it for me when I was three and my aunt got my cousins done when she was like 9 months. But Abby pulled hers out and lost them and my mom said that's why she waited until I was a little older :p hope that helps lol

my niece was and that's what she wanted from aunt jellybean for her birthday so I asked her mama and daddy and they said I could take her to get em oierced.. lol but I will be getting my baby girls ears pierced at probably 3 months or so, because it was always a struggle for me to keep mine in when I got them done at 8

My cousin swallowed hers :O I'm glad I'm having a boy because I think it'll help me figure out the right age :p you know when they are a certain age they put like everything in their mouths 😂😂😂😂

My parents did them at 8 weeks for me, because we don't mess with them & it's easier to pierce

2mo old...she cried for literally 10 seconds and then it was never an issue again....she was too young to mess with them, I maintained them very carefully and religiously to ensure they didn't get infected and she's never had an issue since they've been pierced 5yrs ago.

My daughter was 5months. she didn't bother them until she was almost 2 and her cousins showed her how to take them out. (that was like 4 months ago.) she has Finally let me put them back and leaves them alone for the most part

My parents didn't pierce my ears until I was 9 YEARS old. I think when a kid can clean their own ears & can maintain their hygiene is a good age.

She was 3 years old. I decided to wait till she asked for it, since they're her ears. She didn't even flinch! =) She's 9 now and has never bothered her ears.

3 months. Healed up great never had an issue and she loves earrings!
