do babies just suck on their hands or does it mean they are teething?

my daughter sucks on her hand constantly I thought she was teething cause she's always doing it, also drools so much but no teeth yet just likes her hands in her mouth lol

My baby girl does it right after she is done with her bottle and if i try to give her more but she kicks the bottle out with her tounge and just wants to be sucking on her little hand @melandspencer

When my little girl sucks on her hands it usually means she is hungry!
