Sharp pain in my back that somewhat wraps around to the sides of my belly...baby boy is moving a lot....idk ugh come on labor...please...39 weeks 6 days officially and still no baby 😩 maybe I'll have consistent contractions...half the time it's hard for me to tell if it's a real contraction though 😞

@countrycupcake111215, yeah, I would go take a bath but unfortunately our water heater is weird and has to be lit for a while before I decide to shower or bathe and I'm laying down trying to relax, I am just waiting through and using a contraction timer and counter to track it
I lost my plug early. But I honestly didn't know I was in labor my boyfriend made me call them because of how I was feeling. I was at a one for almost 3 weeks and my doc was all set to induce me the following week. You never know. Just try to relax, I know it's hard and seems like dumb advice but it is worth a try. And maybe try a nice hot bath. Or shower. That may help

@countrycupcake111215, I just get nervous that it's gonna be nothing, and I have this horrible fear I won't know when I'm in labor...I wasn't dilated or effaced at all at my check up on Monday but I guess my cervix was "trying" to start opening but only slightly...I haven't lost my mucus plug or anything at all....ill be 40 weeks tomorrow (Sunday) and we will set an induction date on Monday if baby still hasn't come.. @tesladawn I don't want to go until things progress more because I only live a few minutes from the hospital and don't want to be sent home...I'm kind of keeping an eye on the pain for now...it started while I was leaned back laying down with pillows behind me and now I'm on my side and it's still there...guess we will see
you will probably go into labor really soon . like maybe in a few days . its like that with me now . I'm 4 cm dilated and contraction keep coming on and off . and my never ending mucus plug keeps coming out . so I'm right there with you . I wish I was 39 weeks 😔

Call them dear I didn't feel any of mine and even when my water broke they weren't consistent or long doesn't her to call l&d and ask. When they admitted me I wasn't feeling all of mine only 1/4 if them they were 2-3 mins apart
@monilovesautumn, I had them on and off all afternoon yesterday but pretty far apart...my mom keeps telling me to time them but I get my hopes up and get sent home....I also felt like my son was hitting my cervix and had a lot of pressure all afternoon too.. Idk 😕 it's frustrating
that definitely sounds like a contraction. like the ones I had during my preterm labor
