Im 38 weeks and 3days is it to late to start working out my due date is 12-16-15
yeah I know how u feel before I was pregnant I was 275 by its self I've gained 21 pounds and feel awful that's when I asked my doctor and he told me as long as u r not doing anything like lifting extrem wight and trying to do the normal exercises u would do before u should be fine I've gotten on Pinterest and looked up safe pregnancy workouts and it gives u a good amount of lists to go through even yoga poses
yea mines 52 im so over it i never weighed 1 anything a day it my life i feel so heavy 😳 @mommytoalara i just want it off
