my Dr said it was normal just your uterus practicing for the real thing don't worry about it! I've been going through that for a while it's not good to stress about a lot so just take a deep breath and relax! they are probably just Braxton hicks contractions you'll know when the real thing hits I've had 2 real contractions and I thought I was dying but nope I'm still here and baby boy is still kicking and squirming in my tummy!

how far along are you?
I've been having cramps too since Monday so they want to do an ultrasound to make sure I'm not losing the baby.. hope everything with you is okay.
