I think I mentioned this spray to someone on here not that long ago, I used it before baby and after baby I was scared to pee honestly because I thought it was going to hurt.which it did sting a little, but I just pay dry after I rinse and I spray this on directly and I feel such a relief,I think it has some which hazel in it and stuff it feels amazing at least for me...hope this helps someone out their.i got it at target for 12-13$
