Let us know what happens! Honestly unless they've slowed down or stopped I think you should go back in. Better safe than sorry. You don't wanna have a baby in the car!!
Try taking a warm bath or shower. If they get better, wait a little longer. If they get worse or stay the same id go in. Have you ever done a self cervix check before? If you have you might be able to see if you're dilated at all.
Well you are 40+5. I would call them and explain everything in detail and explain to them that you have to travel an hour to get there. I'd hate for you to go and they just send you home. I hate when they do that 😑

An hour 😭😔 but I spent 6 hours in labor and delivery I got discharged at 530 so I'm scared to go all the way back for them to tell me to come home again @Bria.k
