If my breastfeeding is going to keep causing my daughter to be in pain from a gassy stomach, and keep her up all night…
If my breastfeeding is going to keep causing my daughter to be in pain from a gassy stomach, and keep her up all night crying every night, no matter what I eat, I am gonna end up just giving the "f" up and going to formula. Cuz I can not do this every flippin night.....I am gonna end up going flipping crazy.

Also check for acid reflex...my son has that as well and he would cry a lot because he had heartburn

I would cut the dairy honestly. My son has to be on soy for that reason. I never knew because I didn't have dairy really at all when I was breastfeeding. Cheese and yogurt has the least amount of dairy while milk and ice cream have a lot (lactation told me) but she could be lactose intolerant. I didn't know until my son was four months old when I stopped breastfeeding

Not necessarily allergies just certain things are harder for them to digest this young. Their digestive and immune systems aren't fully developed. Good luck with the gripe water! Worked wonders for us! <3 look up tongue and lip ties too! My little guy had an upper lip tie so his latch caused him to gulp a lot of air while he was nursing. <3

I don't know what a tongue or lip tie is but she does drink really fast. Really the only time is at night. And I am gonna buy gripe water today. I don't really eat lots of peanut stuff but I do eat dairy products. I didn't know they could have allergies this young.

I had to go dairy free and caffeine free with my first. And had to avoid leafy greens. Breastmilk is easier for them to digest than formula would be. My guy needed to be burped quite a bit when he was that itty bitty and we used gripe water to help with his tummy. Try keeping him upright after eating as well. I found that if I fed him and then put him in a baby carrier or even fed him in a baby carrier (like a wrap or an ergo) that he didn't spit up as much (he had mild reflux). Does your little one have a lip or tongue tie? That can also cause them to be gassy because they can gulp too much air while they're eating.

Try taking milk out of your diet and or peanut butter/anything with peanuts. Those are two of the more common food allergens in people and both go tinto your reastmilk.

is there a specific time of day this occurs? does your baby eat to fast or cry while eating?

I don't think its what your eating and @mrssabby may be right if nothing if nothing is working . have you messaged her pediatrician? @mamashane89

I don't know but I have tried medicine, bicycle kicks, bouncing her, bundling her up tight, symphony music....it either doesn't work or doesn't last gor more than a tiny bit of relief. My mom said it's what I am eating that messes up her stomach but I have been watching how I eat and it's not doing any good.....

She may have colic? Don't give up

Sometimes I wonder if that's what's wrong with my son @ashbabash18 he always spits up a ton after eating no matter what. I try to sit him up and everything. Sometimes it seems like he barely kept anything down

do bicycle kicks. i dont think our breast milk is necessarily giving her gas. my daughter went through the same thing her 1st month and I breastfeed.its them getting used to their digestive system and learning how to push when pooping or passing gas. bicycle kicks really worked wonders for us!! @mamashane89 @babymaciesmomma

I had to switch to formula because my daughter couldn't handle breast milk very well. She was super spitty until we switched to formula
