@k.haotic, That's exactly what I did and then I got the pump a week later :)

I just did it. I had to put in my information & then I sent a picture of the insurance card to their email (: @rebcamdot

There are different websites that will take care of it for you, depending on your insurance and what type of pump you want. I tried Edgepark.com first but they didn't have the type of pump that I wanted, so I went with 1naturalway.com and I received my pump within a week and the insurance claim was already processed and 100% covered.

That was the Medicaid insurance though, if you have different insurance you can call and ask

When I went to the wic office they gave me a paper to have my dr fill out and fax in (they gave it to me when I was applying for wic though)

call your insurance and ask if they will cover it
