One of my boobs is so engorged anything that touches it makes me just about scream I couldn't get Jax to latch and pumping isn't helping. What the actual fuck do I do?

@wyatts_mommy_0106, a hot shower gave me no relief thank you though😭😭 @sincerely_amber did that dry your milk supply or just ease it? I've read that it dried it up when you were trying to stop! But if not I'll give it a try
buy some cabbage. put the leaves on your engorged breast and in a few hours it will be gone. worked like a charm for me!
hot shower and massage while the hot water runs on them helped me so much when I breast fed

Hot shower and let the water run over your boobs is what my friend told me. She said all her milk would just leak out

No, it dried up the engorged boob. my milk supply did not decrease it just gave me relief. Now if you do this every day then YES you will dry up. that's why you're not suppose to eat cabbage while breastfeeding but the cabbage leaves will release the engorged boob. then after you can go back to normal.
