what the earliest u guys put cereal in baby milk?

I wouldn't start any earlier then 3 months. I just started my daughter on it and she turned 4 months today

Some people start earlier then 6 months.. But it's recommended to wait til 6 months cause that's when there bodies are ready to start digesting food.. Plus the rice cereal doesn't make them sleep better or longer it's just empty calories. People think the rice makes them sleep better and longer but they usually start giving it to them around a growth spurt which is why they sleep better.

You can start really anytime, if you feel like your baby wants more go ahead.
