Happens to me all the time. My body just burns up randomly and then I have to get up and walk around for a second to cool down.

Yes unfortunately 😔😔😔 I get like this anytime I go anywhere too. I puke every time I exit the grocery store and have to sit down like 5 times cause I get sooo hot
