Your dog is clingy because he knows you're pregnant. My cat started acting weird lately so I looked it up. Third trimester dogs and cats get super clingy and protective. My cat bite my hubby when I'm sleeping and hubby tries to put his arm around me or something similar close to where my cat is snuggling and my cat hasn't forced himself in laying in my lap 24/7 since he was a kitten and he does it everyday now for the last few weeks
