back labor feels like your being kicked in the back by a elephant....I was dehydrated the first time I had them...nipple stimulation didn't work but walking did

It felt like a horribble charlie horse to me. Like someone just grabbed my muscle and was twisting ashard as they could wth a sharp metal object. Nothing really helped me with it. I'm just glad my labor was only 2 hours.
