I am absolutely TERRIFIED of going into labor.... I don't know how to handle it, what to expect, how to react or stay calm. I've had terrible anxiety my whole life because of something that happened when a was 2 years old... I'm very scared. for lack of better words, I'm absolutely scared shitless....

You'll be fine. Have someone there that can comfort you. Chin and knees to chest and just push. Once you get the head out, you'll barely feel it. After the head, for me, it felt like a really really heavy tampon coming out.
