I haven't drank coffee this whole pregnancy. I had one mocha frappe a couple of weeks ago, but that didn't feel the void (it also made me sick 😔). Would it be ok if I drank a vanilla starbucks frappuccino from the fridges at walmart near the checkout lanes? I'm really craving one!!

I don't drink energy drinks lol. But I looked it up. The vanilla one is 50mg for a 9.5 fl oz bottle. Yay! @mamaofangelbaby0610

you can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day.
