It could also just be that his belly is growing. They start out tiny, like a marble, then get bigger and bigger every day.

I stopped timing her now I just feed on demand it's so much easier and convenient if ur breastfeeding and helps with ur milk supply

Cluster feeding! It's normal they'll do that at some point during the day. Some days my baby cluster feeds all day long if she's going thru a growth spurt.
