I used to exercise regularly and kept a pretty healthy lifestyle overall pre-pregnancy. My goal now is to exercise 10 minutes a day to gain my strength back while eating as healthy as possible. β’ Never taking my health for granted, HG has changed my way of living and has made me so appreciative of the little things in life that we overlook: eating, hydration, exercise, independence, and more. I'm nowhere near 100% but I have improved tremendously at #22weeks. Baby boy is healthy, growing, and kicking momma at all times of the day. πππ
