I take two pills three times a day. And I noticed an increase in my milk about 24-48 hours after I started taking it. They say you know fenugreek is working when you start to smell like maple syrup! And it's true! Lol I also suggest drinking Gatorade and eating oatmeal! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I take 3 three times a day. Every 4-5 hours. Also you can add Brewers yeast on top of the fenugreek. It helps a lot. I honestly drink mountian dew Bc the caffeine in it makes my milk work on over drive, but some people don't agree with that Bc they don't want it going to their baby. But I drink it all the time and my son is perfectly healthy and exceeding in everything he does
