@ngujen, yes!! at first I just had brown discharge and my doc said it was period coming in. yes you're gonna have to get really thick long ones! I never even used to have cramps and now I do. but everyone is different bc yami said hers are light

@leiromero were you cramping before you got it? I've been cramping on and off 😭 will probably need more heavier flow pads than my old ones huh?

Vitex question ladies....

Vitex question ladies.... I've been taking vitex for almost a week now, have any of you been using it and have had a period yet? ..... I took it the day before my period, unknowingly, and my period was lighter than my extreme heavy flow, and seems to have shorten to 5 days, rather than my usual 10 day flow. Anyone experienced AF change as this? Especially so soon.
