Lol beens can never go wrong with those😂😂thank you hopefully when i get discharged i can because even eating is terrible had my first meal today & it wasn't pleasant...maybe after the gas is out ill get my appetite back...
@lalaloopsi, try gas X that will help. I know it's gross lol but you have to far you will feel better I promise. eat some beans lmfao try to get that gas out you will feel so much relief. I spent like a whole hour on the toilet just trying to let that gas out.
@andrew_nikolai2015, o wow don't tell me that everyone coming in to see me says its freezing out..we about to get snow I'm terrified about the cold lol..with my first it was natural labor but my back was so bad after words...the thing is im so blowded my stomach went down a lot but still hurts to the touch they say its build in gas..well how do i get it out you know.thank you i will sure do that just was scared might of been to soon
@abburnmom2, tell me about it i got bronchitis and coughing is super pain full I'm having the worst time ever but slowly getting better I'm on my 6th day in the hospital...& build in gas also wow lol terrible terrible but thank you how are you doing now??is everything sorda back to normal ur body feeling the same?
Wear a gurtle! I left the hospital with my gurtle on. My son is 2 months and I still wear it. I was up walking and doing everything on my own after 24hrs. The recovery is long. I'm 2 months postpartum and it is still tender to the touch and sometimes I get a pain on my scar. The cold weather makes it worse too.
I just had one on Nov 16. I wa scared out of my mind. the nurses at my hospital were very helpful. I only felt pressure during the surgery but after was painful. They give you meds but you have to build your abdominal strength again. Sneezing and coughing will be painful too for a while. No one told me that :( Everyone is different but hang in there.

i had 3 it was hard but i had to take it day by day recovery was the hardest with my first was ready for the pain
