Ugh really getting annoyed im having contractions every 3 mins and they are painful (not as painful as they were since…

My mom was in labor with me for three weeks. :/ dilated to 2 cm. they don't consider it active labor until 4cm

@mrsschutte1323, yea she said im in early labor but then she leaves me laying in the bed for all these hours and not help me or anything

They gave me pitocin with my first child to help move things along but with him it still took me 21 hrs to deliver.

@positivemommy, they wouldn't give me anything except something for the pain bc they said im only 38 weeks so im still not "full term" but she sent me home and said if anything gets worse or my water breaks to come back in and asked when my appointment was and I told her friday she said to keep my appointment but she doubts I'll make it til then

I have an appointment the same day and felt baby drop yesterday so I hope I've progressed somewhat although she needs to stay in there a bit longer. I'm sorry your so uncomfortable, maybe a warm bath? I hope your L/O comes soon 👏🏼 if u can bare it make ur husband have sex with u and see if his Sperm can help speed things up a bit.

@positivemommy, lol he's knocked out he's been at work since 6 this morning so I let him go to sleep lol but they said her head had dropped more so maybe it'll just be a few hours I have to deal with it and then I can go and have her without being sent home

Oh man, I hope so for your sake. Like u said I'd would be so annoyed like come on baby this is your eviction notice. Time to get on out of me. At least u won't have to go the full 40 weeks.

Have u heard of the pregnancy dance? Lol I swear it helped me dilate more with my last pregnancy.

Yeah that would be annoying and every state is sooo different. Pretty much just listen to some music and if u can bare it just dance with more of squat movements and twisting your hips. U can find it on YouTube they r fun to watch but definitely helped me.

Yea here they won't really keep you unless your water is broken, or you are 4 or more cm dilated. Or something like that but since im only 3 cm dilated they wouldn't do anything and then i thinned out more but not enough. And then me only being 38 weeks wasn't much help because they are very big on the 40+ weeks to do anything unless your water is already broken
