I really feel unacomplished and lazy because I'm not getting any extra exercise. but I think at this point it would make me more tired and grumpy than anything. that's the last thing I want to be is more tired and grumpy. plus it's so cold to take my 10 month old on a walk in the stroller! urggg. I know it's going to be a while before I can but I really want to just go like run down the street it relieves my anxiety about gaining weight or getting fat. and I don't know how I'll pull that off with a newborn and 11 month old. hmmm.
