By now it doesn't look so red but i notice he's got some little red spots and he keeps scratching 😰 im waiting for my husband to comeback from work so we can take him to the clinic

Looks like baby acne starting. My daughters started like that all over her neck head and worked to get face

Looks like the start of cradle cap. My son gets red broches like that on his face it's called seborrheic dermatitis.
