@itsonlyerica, I have gotten 3 epiduals, they are amazing but listen very carefully, do not do not look at what is going in your back, I never have and don't want to. but maybe curiosity will get the best of you:-)

Well I'm most defiantly getting an epidural I can't stand pain at all , not even getting a shot ; but thank you so much for the advice ; I'll try to remember it all when I'm at the hospital & good luck on your bundles of joy ! ☺️@mamabird

@itsonlyerica, I was 21 when I had my first. Honestly it's not as bad as it seems. if ur doing a vaginal birth the best advice I can give you is to try to relax your body and if you need pain meds or an epidural to help you relax then do it. I know its hard but the more tense you are the longer its going to take. I'm on my 9th baby, I can't wait to see those pictures!!!
