Never realise how many older people were having babies. I'm sat in the hospital and I'm the youngest…

A lot of women are choosing to wait to start a family. Or like me have had difficulties. I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my first child after 5+ years trying and one miscarriage later. Really hoping and praying this is it for me. Though I think I fall in the middle age wise, not the youngest first time mum but not the oldest either. I'm gonna be 29 on Sunday!🙈

Yeah just every time I've been at the hospital they have all been young mums :) it's nice to see people in there middle 30's having children. I myself also had complications but got pregnant with my surprise baby she wasn't planned but is much wanted. I had a late miscarriage at 22 weeks was heart breaking but I'm so happy to be pregnant again

I'm older, apparently, there's more over 30s then there is teenage pregnancies for the first time ever.

I'm 23, it's nice to see I always see so many young people in the hospital having babies. It's nice to see people older than me :) X

I'm considered geriatric pregnancy at 40 lol. I certainly don't feel it. I have my first at 21 so it's been a while.

@daisywillow Geriatric? Is that the official terminology? Lol. Sounds funny. 40 isn't old. When you hit menopause, that's old. Though I heard you can have babies from frozen eggs even after that! Amazing science! What would we do without you!
