I've had such bad heartburn for the last week but I'm just at the point where I don't even want to eat because of the heartburn and I'm just so hungry 😩

just googled it 1/2 teaspoon for 4oz of water.

baking soda mixed with water helps TREMENDOUSLY ! I can't give an exact measurement. I just put enough in to make it taste salty. you don't have to drink a whole lot. about the same amount 2 shots would be.

Drink a big glass of milk. It usually helps calm the acidity.

I have AWFUL heartburn. I'm just hoping and praying she has hair like they say she does on the ultrasound because all this heartburn for nothing will upset me! 😒🙄
