Is it ok to have decaf latte occasionally from Starbucks?? Not sure how much caffeine it contains...does anyone know?

@sumankumari.xiss, Decaf has a tiny amount of caffeine 3-15 mg as opposed to 65-85 mg in a regular cup of coffee. Nothing to worry about at all! ☕️

I hv smwhr that it still contains some amt of caffeine...

I have a cupof regular coffee everyday. doctor Said it's fine. no more than 8oz a day

I do about once every other week. There's no caffeine in decaf ;)
