I'm trying to gain 20 pounds before I had my son I had a fast metabolism I'm not sure if it slowed dwn now or not , but what are some tips you ladies have to gain weight ?

@cookie_murray, not sure if they are sold in stores. Amazon was the only place I could find them.
Try boost vhc (very high calorie) there is 530 calories each 8oz container. I used them to help me gain weight. I went from 89 to 115. You can buy find them on Amazon. Hope this helps.
Weight gain
I'm 15w4d and I've gained about 6 lbs since the beginning of pregnancy. As long as the scale I just used is correct, I'm creeping up on 140. I had a mini freak out but I calmed myself down by telling myself it's normal. What has everyone else gained?
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
This is NOT happening !!!!!!! I swear I had given up! But I'm 5 days late and I just got my BFP ???
What can help me gain my weight back. I had gained good weight with the old birth control pill I was taking but now that I'm on this one I've noticed I'm losing weight and that is what I'm trying to avoid. I need tips on how to gain weight fast.
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
