I feel less pressure at the top unlike yesterday and last night
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Woke up to off & on cramps & lower back pain. I'm in so much pain 😞

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
having lower uncomfortable pains that move to my tummy but they aren't like really painful yet could they still be contractions? ftm
sounds like contractions, relax take a bath and if you still have them time them like not how far apart they are but how long they last that's what my l&d said it might just be Braxton hicks I have those a lot! and if you can talk through it your fine its just Braxton hicks
