@coraanne, it was dry patches shes had heat rash before but eczema lotion is helping alot, its almost gone

Totally late to commenting on this but it looks A LOT like heat rash too me, my daughter got it a lot as a baby. Has it gone away over the last few day's?

My guy got it out of nowhere too :( we always used the same wash and it popped up one day after a bath and it's been coming and going ever since :(

Aveeno has baby wash for eczema :) or you can just add oatmeal to your baby's baths.

:( my guy always gets it on his legs. I'm trying to track what causes it and I noticed that switching to a fragrance free very limited ingredient soap helps! And I use just coconut oil as lotion!
