I would make a call to the doctor. I had the same sensation & it turned out to be the baby blocking one of my kidneys up. Make a call just to be safe!

I wouldnt waste a trip to the ER, just call your doctor or your midwife.

Ive always have had some cramping. and im 31 weeks. its just my uterus stretching. But if it becomes unbearable, i would go in.

You should really go to the ER girl just to be safe.
