Most likely Braxton hicks. Although I've never personally had them, I've read that. And I think I'm having the same thing last couple days with this pregnancy.
Braxton hicks aren't meant to be painful. Just uncomfortable. And menstrual cramping is another thing some women go through when in labor. Meaning some women don't have contractions just cramps and back labor so just be on the watch

that's what I've been having last couple of days. major cramping and lower back pain.

i just spoke with the on call dr.

Yay good luck! Definitely wanna know what ur doc says. Hopefully ur baby cooks for another week or 2 at least.

I've been having them for so long and back contractions but still no dilation as of last week I have another appointment Tomorrow so we will see!!

so the doc said i was having some mild contractions but nothing too serious. im not dialating and it could be due to dehydration.
