Mommies I have a question. My son (6 days old) had a Drs appointment today. She told me I had to feed him every 2 hours instead of 3. The problem is Isaiah only wants to feed on his time (every 3 hours) . I try and wake him up but he just falls right back to sleep. He's been that way since he was born. What do I do?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
my son just turned three months yesterday should I be feeding him every four hours? cause I'm pretty bad about feeding him every time he cries and he always takes the bottle so I'm feeding him like every two hours
I had to share this picture of Raptor! He is still doing amazing! He has lost a little bit of weight but that's expected! Yesterday was our second time trying to breast feed and he latched and sucked!!! It was so amazing and I am so proud of him!
Bottle feeding help needed!!! So George is on formula. when we bought him home we followed how they were feeding him in hospital which was just over an oz every 3 hours. He no longer waking for a feed every 3 hours like he did before and is taking anywhere between 1-3oz when he does. Do you think I should just feed him on demand? Bottles are a completely new realm for me! I’ve only breastfed on demand so I feel like i haven’t got a clue what I’m doing!

He's above birth weight and that's where they're supposed to be so I would say he's fine and just keep doing your thing

@lilyandkaidynsmommy @mrs.cravens @tabby1995 yeah I thought he was doing pretty good. When he was born he weighed in at 5lbs 10oz and when he was discharged he dropped to 5lbs 5oz now he's 5lbs 13oz and that's on his schedule so idk why shes so strict on this 2 hr thing

My daughter was 5 lbs 7oz, and was fed on damand..I was never told to wake her up to feed her.

my daughter was 5 lbs 15 oz when she was born and my doctors told me she will wake up when she's hungry. she set her own feeding times lol. but she's almost 6 months old and is healthy as can be I would stress to much over it.

I've never listened to the wake baby up to eat thing. Baby will wake up to eat when he's hungry and won't starve themselves. I feed on demand not on schedule

@wyatts_mommy_0106 nope. As soon as he's in my arms he falls asleep instantly. I've even tried putting a wipe to his skin since he hates the cold but even that doesn't wake him

@laurenangel__ she said it's because he's small (5lbs 13oz) so I gotta feed him more. But he already has his own schedule and does not wanna change it for the life of him

@wyatts_mommy_0106 I've tried all of that but he's so unbothered by everything. He'll cry for a minute then fall right back to sleep. He's such a heavy sleeper

change his diaper right before you feed him when your feeding him and he falls asleep tickle his feet or stoke from the corner of his mouth outward and it wakes them up.
