I've seen babies get whooping cough and it is not good at all. You getting TDAP gives them some of your antibodies until they are able to get their own vaccine. I highly suggest you get it!

I just got the TDAP shot (tetanus and pertussis vaccine) I definitely recommend getting it. it lowers your risk of giving your baby whooping cough. I personally told my friends and family that if they didn't get the TDAP, that they weren't allowed to hold my son when he's born.
