be preggo is nothing easy I saying good morning to my coworker and this lady say ..you have a small belly what you no eat a lot turkey. I respond her I eat enough 😠😬😤

So does breastfeeding really help you lose weight ? I mean REALLY really ? People keep saying you only lose weight if you eat right while doing it , others say the weight just falls off
