I have those all the time it could mean a lot of things, I have positive pt dreams too BC its BC that's what I really want.

it could be from you wanting a baby so bad.... and it took my friend 3 years to get pregnant after being on the shot :( but I will send lots and lots of sticky baby dust to you ladies that are trying :)
