You can introduce your daughter to whoever you want and you don't need to take him to court over it. Have your boyfriend go file a restraining order against your baby daddy especially if he's threatening his life. Bam problem solved and if your bd comes near your boyfriend then your bd will get in trouble and it will put his visitations with your daughter at risk. And I doubt he wouldn't wanna mess up his ability to see her. If I were you I would tell him, "listen my boyfriend is going to be around her if I want him to. He isn't going to replace you, you will always be her daddy. But I'm moving on just like you should be doing with someone else as well. You're very right, sadly a lot of men won't let you off easy. My sister is currently trying to get a restraining order against her (soon to be ex) husbands girlfriend because she's threatening her, bad mouthing her, and making their kids call her "mommy Brenda." And fuck that!!! He's making the child support, custody, and divorce as hard on her as he can he even broke her car on purpose after stealing it because the judge said he had to give it back. Men are nasty!!! And he was cheating on her and beating her like idk why he's so mad they're divorcing!!?!
