My lower back is really soar sometimes that I can't even touch it; so painful I can't even walk!! Would that be from pressure from the baby?!🤔🤔

it's a pregnancy symptom it's tough on your body. you have a lot of weight on your front. back pain is normal. however being painful to the touch you may want to ask a professional about that!
