I've been pumping the past couple of days I was in the hospital, now that I'm home, I realize I don't have a breast pump, assuming I didn't need one. I don't get my pump until tomorrow, so my breasts are majorly engorged and in Sooo much pain. They feel like 2 rocks, I need help! How do I soothe this pain until tomorrow????
@mdomke22, @mrslauraxo @tracynangel @tesladawn thank you ladies! I just spent 45 mins in the shower, and rubbing and squeezing, and I feel so much better
basically put your hands on your breasts and your nipples should be between your pointer finger and middle finger and if you just push in and simulate the nipples the milk should start coming out. if you don't want to waste milk put a container under your breasts. but if you are confused with my wonderful instructions (lmao) you tube a video of it cuz idk if I explained it well lol
Hand express - squeeze the milk out of your boobs into a bottle or something.
Massage under hot water in the shower.. It's gonna hurt but it'll feel better. Really rub out the bumps and knots
My mom says hand express into bottles or ziploc bags to freeze
I need to find a breast pump that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. :(
Breast pump covered by insurance
I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.

Enrolled in this program 😊
I also got my prescription today for my breast pump 😍. I need to find a place where I can take the prescription to get the breast pump. 🤔
