Almost a week PP I've gone from 172 to 154. Woohoo!! I got my Miss Belt waist cincher. Gonna start eating a lot better. No more carb and fast food cravings. And counting down the days that I can start working out.
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Should I let my x know when labor starts
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I don't think she gets it. I swear sometimes I just need to renew my policy to not look at the comments in Facebook. I never used to. I don't know why I started. But the ignorance is real.
Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

That's awesome! Did you just get the waist cincher, or did you start using it right after you gave birth?

I just started using it s few days ago. They have to check your stomach so much in the hospital after labor to check that your uterus is shrinking that it would have been a pain to take it off and on.

Ok, thanks, good to know. I haven't bought 1 yet, but am interested to use 1 after the baby.

@her_plus_her_and_me, ok dumb question but what does waist training actually do?? Does it really work?? I have some size small spanx... would that help my stomach go down after delivery?

Honestly don't know if it works. @varduim .... Wanted to buy an actual waist trainer/corset but didn't want to spend the money. The one I got was only $20. it does actually feels nice to feel pulled in and together after baby/delivery but I can't vouch that it will "make" my waist smaller. I think spanx would work too. I had an underwear and belly spanx type thing but I couldn't get it on until some days after I got home. I was still too big @levleah

@her_plus_her_and_me, yeah I don't think I'll be able to get into mine anytime soon... I'm just so curious of waist training works. Did you get yours online?
