ok I have a question ok I was stupid 2day & moved around my living with so help from my husband then went 2 church sore & we ate at our church tonight I ate bbq & I'm hurting from my back 2 my belly in sharp waves should I b worried I'm out of the wood 4 the most part with a miscarriage right maybe it's just really bad heartburn what do yall think please let me know

Your safe past 12 weeks sweetie maybe just relax a little drink something warm and if it doesn't get better call your doctor or hospital.. I hope everything is okay with you and baby
