So our bathroom has black mold. My landlord finally came over to "fix" it & just painted over it. Like no, that doesnt do anything.

No he didnt fix anything, just painted. And our roof is leaking, still hasnt fixed that. And if we call the health dept. the house will get condemned and we have no where to go. @nerdmamatn @mrsgoss @marleiismama
yeah take pics and keep note of how many times you've reported that issue. I'd take their lazy ass to court

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

same with my landlord! the girl that live here before me told me the hot water heater leaked really bad and then we moved in and it was okay but she never fixed it just replaced the carpet and our ac unit doesn't work and she refuses to replace it so I have no heat or air and my bathroom has mold in it! my garbage disposal doest work (which is fine) but every time we run the dishwasher it backs up through the garbage disposal. Also under the sink is leaking and is so wet and nasty but she won't fix a thing. we even with held rent from her because ya know we're aloud to do that until it gets fixed and then she tried to evict us. Slum lords are the worst.
