tips on stopping contractions? I'm considered in preterm labor but I wasn't progressing so they've given me procardia to slow things down for a bit but today I'm having contraction after contraction. my water hasn't broken. and they are the same intensity. unless they get stronger they told me to stay gome. I'm on bed rest. I've tried taking a hot shower. it helped while I was in the water.
