my story is similar to @shaniahc. I had an ectopic in May. I found out I was pregnant, and just a few days later I'd get this awful cramp/stabbing sensation on my left side. but I only had very light spotting. I had an ultrasound and no baby was found. so I went in for surgery and my left tube had ruptured. they removed part of it. and just 2 months later I got pregnant again. very scary..
@shaniahc, CONGRATULATIONS ON GOING ON YOUR SECOND CHILD🙌 THATS RIGHT IS DOESNT STOP MUCH!!! MY ISSUE IS WITH ME ONLY BEING 4 WEEKS THEY DID A SONO AND TOOK MEASUREMENTS BUT SAID THEY CAN NOT SEE ANYTHING😒 TO MY UNDERSTANDING WHEN YOU ARE AROUND 6 WEEKS OR PASSED 1000 HCG THEY CAN GET A VISUAL. IM JUST PLAYINGBA WAITING GAME.. MY SYMPTOMS WERENT AS STRONG AS YOURS BUT I DONT WANT IT TO LEAD TO THAT. I AM CURRENTLY JUST EXPERIENCING AN ONGOING LOWER BACK ACHE AND RIGHT PELVIC SIDE ACHYNESS
Oops I pressed enter :) unless you are having severe abnormal pain or bleeding just have faith everything is normal (because it usually is!). Easier said than done but our bodies are made to do this!
I'm was an ER nurse and now labor nurse and I had all of these same fears- ectopic? Miscarriage? What's that cramp/ache? Is THAT normal?? Lol. In fact I think I know more in terms of medicine and I see the bad along with the good which made me a nervous wreck!
I had an ectopic pregnancy with my first a year and a half ago. I went in because I was in so much pain I was crying at what I thought were cramps as well as a constant stomach "ache" for about a week. it turned out my tube had ruptured and my stomach was filled with blood. I did loose one if my tubes as well but am going on my second child so it doesn't stop much :) but if you feel something is wrong I would go to urgent care or the emergency room and let them know its always better to be safe than sorry and no one knows you better than yourself. I hope all is well though!
Ooo I feel you!!! I am waiting "patiently" I found out I was pregnant November 13th and my Ultrasound is on January 4th. But I can wait lol as long as my pregnancy is going well. No bleeding, I have cramps here and there but I was told that it is normal, it's just my uterus ia growing so that baby can adjust.
Thank you @cdgfreeman. Well i feel as if i have yhe symptoms however when i went in for my first beta test i requested a gyn sonogram. The lady said "everything looks normal" 😕 but i know my body.
I had an ectopic pregnancy last year. I had bad cramps, and was bleeding a lot, like literally everyday until I found out it was ectopic. Thank God they found it early. I have heard about some women who had their tubes or one tube removed due to that.
Sometimes there are no symptoms. they'll tell you at your first appt. but if you are worried ask your doctor. also pains in your lower abdomen can be a symptom.
