Always call nurse or dr if you're nervous but I was told some cramping is okay.. As long as it doesn't persist or come with bleeding
could be. time them and if they are consistent in time apart you should call your nurse. Braxton hicks aren't consistant. that's one way to tell the difference. it possible your uterus is just growing and it could be causing Braxton hicks or cramps.
It feels like period cramps. Like my lower stomach keeps tightening and then normal and tighten again. I'm 27 weeks so I'm thinking it could just be Braxton hicks right ??

if it's period cramps that's seen as normal but if it's worse than that I'd get checked out
I had period cramps in order trimester with all three pregnancys and a little towards the end it's either Braxton hicks or ur uterus is always growing to make room for the baby to come out that is the number one reason for cramps without bleeding
